Tough one at the mo IMO re timing.

Was only a couple months or so ago we were all stating that the Co. had shown time and again - "on time and on budget".

Where I see the difference now is that previously time / budgets were essentially in house with much greater internal control however, we know this current stage is externally driven a lot in regards to the Testing and Prospectus in particular involving 3rd parties like ICBR, ASX, Intrasia etc. - no real control over how these entities complete their required / requested functions.

I hazard a guess that is more the delays than anything else as nothing can be released to mkt until the 3rd parties complete their parts.
