Then, there was so much talk about an insulin patch that was going to bring wealth to POH and its investors. Whatever happened to that project?

Personally never bought in to POH for the insulin idea. Way too complex. Insulin was off the focus table well before 2011 as far as I remember.

Then, there was the 3M partnership to develop a wonder patch .... What happened to it?

3M couldn't resolve the crystallisation issues, so POH hired the services of European patch maker Labtec. Crystallisation issues resolved but it did significantly affect timelines. As far as I am aware 3M may still be involved in patch production for the US market when the time comes.

I will keep looking and will wait for more concrete results and directions regarding sales of this new wonder patch

The million dollar decision, get in early at higher risk or wait for much higher price to get in with lower risk. You've chosen the 2nd, there's no wrong or right, just risk control.
