The market is very sensitive to POH, troubles in the past with Management (goes without saying), No driving power to promote the science, Leadership a query to say the least.
All bark, I like the TPM process but unfortunately so far the Co has no bite as it appears the General non informed market evaluates it.
13c should hold - That's it! don't expect anything until later?.
P.S - I remain loyal to the science pedigree here -but Management has always disappointed me (never thought Esra was suited and I got bagged for saying so).
Always the Optimist?.........
