It values QBL at 240M with 3B shares at 8C. Which is in line with others in MC, since they own IP, mining assets, and hemp which others dont have.
It's reasonable to think after that, when they rename QBL they also buy back shares/ consolidate the float like 100 old shares to 1 new share.
