    1) The VMC share price has performed well moving from 20c to 6c.

    2) There are never any corporate updates.

    3) The guy has never presented at an Investor Forum. VMC could potentially win the award for the most poorly marketed mining stock listed on the ASX.

    4) He is selling RXL shares because he cannot raise capital due to the depressed VMC share price and the company has no shareholder interest.
