probably because this buyer didn't queue up, he just bought at market so it instantly took out 3mill from the 5.3 sell stack.
I imagine it isn't wise to sit in the queue with that sort of buy in mind.. sellers will play with ya and pull there sells and re enter their sell a bit higher price.
