Regal/UBS has been around for at least a few years - you can see them in the top 20 shareholders list in the annual reports. Spacetalk (formerly MGM Wireless) only entered the kids wearables market a few years ago - maybe that’s when Regal first invested.
I’ve been a Spacetalk shareholder for ages. The company became far more interesting when it moved into wearables and that’s when I started investing significantly more.
