Another cash flow positive quarter may be a catalyst for a re-rate. There are so many penny stocks that have a market cap 2-5x higher than SPA despite zero successful products or services and nothing new in production.
SPA has the new Adventurer 2 for release in Q4. This could be a game changer. Likewise, expansion into Germany, a market with high take up of kids’ wearables, could dramatically increase our sales. Also, the USA market is a huge opportunity which we are starting to make inroads into.
Unlike most penny stocks that are nowhere close to even making a dollar of net profit, we might be heading towards turning on the profit tap in 2023-2024. As optimism returns to SPA after the share price collapsed, we may be bouncing back wiser, stronger, bigger and better.
Can Spacetalk overtake its main competitor Xplora? I hope the A2 becomes a beloved international product.
