This thread title is partly to move away from a thread that could make this look like another pump and to talk about how these new changes, as hard as they would have been for the company to make, especially the founder to step aside as CEO it looks as though they seem to have helped the company turn a corner and actually realise its potential..

I agree with you,“This is a time of change, as we near the closing of first customer contracts, and a seed change as we gear up for our first implementations. In addition, I am embedding a culture of continuous improvement across all areas of the business, with many controls, checks and balances already introduced.
