BKL's IF sales are totally miserable - I think it may be wise to cut the loss and consider buying one of the IF players that already building up its earnings

I think BKL buying /merging with BAL has a lot of potential given the similarities in the markets they play at (eg: China, Indonesia) - except IRAN

There would be a lot of synergies that could be generated (eg: Cross promotional materials, distribution footprint, give Infant formula capacity to BAL, etc).

Sometimes - companies needs to do M&A in order to grow rather than have / develop new products to sell.
