If you are on the Wavefront Board and hold Nemex shares as well.....any information about the company you obtain has to be given to all Nemex shareholders as well....
As if it is not, it will be considered a conflict of interest as well.....an they will be just as liable as all those that followed in the past....So be careful now what you do, what you release as info and what you do not release as info......
