So what happens with the major shareholders left with a speccy coal play and a port in Port Pirie doing what ? Cannot see them sitting there on register, but how do they get out ?
Tax implications, how much, when tax paid, when distributions, what capital gain, what dividend, .......etc.
Management has much admiration for what they have achieved but need to pick things up in the above regard.
