well said R T ,its the old saying liars cant tell the same story twice ,it will be interesting ,lots ways you can prove it .taped conversation meeting transcripts , emails, computer logs ,finger prints on documents ,something you said to someone with one 2 many drinks , or you might have upset the secretary and shes got all the information needed to nail your ass to the wall .at the moment its only a defence and statement of claims we will have to wait for the evidence to hit the table ,there must be some evidence and proof
