The issue becomes very important to a small player like FAR.
Our capital reserves will not blow wind up the potential spend if we need to meet this repayment on top of our capital purchase cost as has been outlined here by others and with our share price where it is I doubt we could raise it through share issues.
I guess all this can be negotiated once the decision is handed down but it has not been part of much discussion that I have read on here.
I support the FAR management and sincerely hope that they are correct with their interpretation of the parameters of the JV agreement.
