Cop/Wpl seem to be clutching at straws.
First it was you can’t PE a company. Then it was the 30 days to PE has expired. Then you don’t have the financial capacity to PE. Now it’s FAR are delaying the project. I’ve probably missed a dozen others.
Bottom line, there wouldn’t be a project if it wasn’t for FAR’s tenacity.
WPL is like a blister, turns up when all the hard work is done.
