I am with you that it has nothing to do with the DV. That announcement has been made and already priced in the SP.

I would like to think it is the PPA and project financing and not a typical cap raising with those two key elements unresolved. As you know a TA is normally called on any cap raising.

Who knows it could be a combination of the three!
