Caeneus minerals (through mt roe mining) has been in the wardens court for the last four years trying to get permission to drill on thier mt berghaus tenement which happens to share a railway line with BHP. BHP is fine with it but the wardens court has just been shoving it back and shoving it back over some technicality from which they might have to assume culpibility.

This particular issue has been not only screwing CAD shareholders over but it is pushing back permits for multiple other junior explorers aswell.

whole thing has been a right mess.
