The company is aware that nothing is set in stone forever, however there are substantial barriers to overturning existing legislation and they are more than aware that these barriers are substantial. My personal view is that political risk is small (but not non existant)so when i weigh up the pros and cons, i assign a risk of about 15% to political risk. Of course there are other risks such as discussed previously on this forum however these are not as significant IMO when compared to the medium term upside.
The ccf scenario is very different to many other small caps who have potentially bright futures, but with very little chance of actually making their future goals. This company is well on the way
