Looks like you guys had an interesting AVB week while I was away marching with the terracotta army in Xi-an.

Encouraging news re;the $12m. with no dilution. Makes those buys in the 5's look sweet.

Good to see simonhh posting again, I did wonder if he still held AVB. I'm not even going to try and read all last weeks posts...far too many but the posts I did read were all interesting.

Got a laugh out of someone suggesting AC is the new Newland and BTB is so 2004 delt isn't he ??.

I'm looking forward to seeing good volumes going thru and freeholds charts staying the course.
