Class Action will be a no brainer if the worst comes to the worst. AB may have directors insurance but don't think he will be covered for wilful breaches of duty, deliberately dishonest acts and omissions etc..etc.. Not at all saying the guys dishonest, but breaches of duty…..! I'd certainly be worried if i was a NWT director, and don't let us forget our old friends such as Chuck who bailed but would still be culpable for the current carnage…! Hope Gannp's wrong for once, but seems like a very strong Class Action case if ever there was one…..
