Possible, but I'd put my money on battery tech which is inherently fast charging.
Right now a lot of money is being spent on brute force "fast" (< 30 min) charging - would you connect your EV to a 350 kW charging point? See Ionity and Charging stations.
A usual, time will tell, but it's moving fast...
