Affect of any announcement will be minimal til GE13 is over.
I suppose we will get an announcement re court case on 18th
After that IMO next ann will either be landmark 1st sales contract signed/purchase order received or at least some kind of 'heads of agreement' as an advancement of MOU for sale of product (which implies that either customer is not yet ready to buy or LYC not ready to supply despite both parties wishing to do so..)
