If it's logical that, that will happen. Then its already some what factored in.
That is why on announcement day we get big jumps for a few days and then it cools off and all the shorters get blamed? When all that really is happening is the SM that bought in low use the hype of the announcement to sell into it.
If Mt weld got upgraded significantly, or the basket price jumped $10 then you could see a rise that wasnt factored in. But 90% of stage 1 is already presold???
So what are you hoping for??
