Can anyone explain what the below statement by Ashley means in plain English.
"We believe we’re close to concluding the required discussions, and will then have a clear process to move to formal ratification and signing by both NLC and NMDC.”
Can we assume that "formal ratification" and "signing by both NLC and NMDC" are two separate events? If so, can we further assume the next step in the process is signing by all 3 parties?
As a guess, yesterday's trading sugggests that the above must be close.
