I am starting to believe that ECT , & NLC /NMDC , like to keep any progress , under the blanket.
Perhaps they are looking forward for future expansions , over the Indian borders , and the less they are beating the drums , the more beneficial for all of them .
Perhaps this lack of news , continue for quite some time , until the progress is few years ahead from others .
