Very new to HC and have been watching VTX since last thursday. Bought in today at 0.027. Forgive me if i'm wrong, this is a reverse takeover/back door listing?? Hence the massive shift in SP as moving towards value of the Warpware Tech. Which surely has to be worth in the order of >$100mill???.
