You really can't blame any potential newbie or existing holder for not touching these shares with a ten foot pole. And wouldn't that be part of any "conspiracy" agenda?
But, could also be the AMVEST client playing for another discounted VWAP conversion. But, it would need to be a bit braver next time, because that very same lack of buyers would also play against them, it would be a double whammy for that lender, ironically, it would also get many more shares for it's $100K and consequently have a harder time getting rid of them.
Being able to sell very quickly is the whole purpose of converting in the first place. WE are now seeing selling at below the last conversion price and "the market" is now worse.
