navy, army, govt...not such a good example...spending money that was allocated to them and making sure that next year they get more (budget was short...bla...bla)
...friend of mine, materials engineer working for a 'german' multinational co just got a $ 12 000 'shave' of his salary and got told not to expect a bonus neither !
and he wasn't on six figures either (3rd year of employment) ... happy he wasn't sacked like a few colleges in his office !
unfortunately, more of those stories to come...
12000 pays for a fair amount of mortgage/rent and now it's just guuuurne...in a flash!
