good articles in the AFR today...mostly about people no longer trust anyone associated with investments,,, especially those receiving commissions for the advice...I dont blame them...... its a shame because there are good advisors out there...but they are all tarnished with the one brush....
majority of people need good advice...in the old days it was just the accountant and the broker....
anyway...like a perfect storm....people are already seeing where there money is best invested...and to fight inflation..and most of all to have that house..... best ever time to have a loan,,,imo...its so easy to pay it off now...and probably for the next 5-8 years cheers
