They have from the Quarterly Cashflow Report: cash at end of quarter $873,000. But the $2M from the isn't on the sheet so no cap raising needed for at least another quart maybe longer/short depends on drilling program.
Plus can't they do a 15% placement every year? would be surprised if the price doesn't move much until the next year and then you'll see another Chinese placement. I doubt they would do a SPP, why didn't they do it in the first place?
