It looks like CXZ has quietly launched a new service called 'GM ONTRAC Premium'. It appears to be an upsell for GM dealerships who primarily may want additional features to improve the customer service experience. The explainer video can be found on the 'Custom solutions' page on the CXZ website here. In short, ONTRAC Premium seems to currently offer E-Signature, Locate Vehicle, SMS Notifications, Lock/Unlock, Reservations, BARS Invoice, Cost Accounting and Vehicle Department functionality.
It will be interesting to see what impact it will have on revenue this quarter.
