Lower risk, but also a significantly lower return. The share price will equilibrate north very sharply once either of those pieces of news are released to the market.
Another part of the CXZ strategy will likely involve integrating OnTRAC into Dealer Management Software (DMS) via API. This will enhance the user experience for the dealers and the consumers (for example, the consumer won't need to enter their details twice, as is the case today). I suspect that partnerships with DMS providers will also enhance CXZ's penetration of the OEM market.
There are numerous reasons why the GM program should remain outsourced, and CXZ has an exemplary track record of having delivered the program on time and on budget (note that the same can't be said for at least one key competitor).
