Yes and no, at the moment we aren't having to pay some big CEO salary, and honestly for the size of CXZ (very small) running a lean management team isnt a bad idea.
I dont see there being a huge rush to get a CEO in the near term. But, I think it is definitely important for growth into the future. Appointing a proven CEO would do wonders for the share price
