Yes it can... in fact ONLY it can... all that can happen @ AGM is some positive talk that may bring in a change in sentiment and won't that show in the chart with sales @ 1.9 = breakout of channel then sales @ 2.2 = break past 2.1 the pump and dump level up to now...
CXZ is running near 100% of my own posted TA and near 0% of a couple dozen FA posters thoughts so far...
The only time TA can miss is sudden fantastic news and most times it will pick up an increase in volume pre the news from some... er... lucky guessers...
