They all do it. Particularly in the BNPL space at present. MME directors just bought a big chunk at 50 cents while the SP was 37. Added to that if they bought on impending good news they would be insider trading. In view of how often directors buy shares to support declined share prices they would putting themselves in legal peril if the SP took off
