It would be great if he met the upper incentives, then we'd all be winners. I'm not trying to be negative but just highlighting the opposing view for consideration.
Unfortunately since the MC has fallen so far it is a long road ahead. There's no way the company is sold for 1.5bn off market when it's trading for under 100mill on market.
He does look like a solid player so hopefully he can start to turn things around so that one day a 1.5bn sale is plausible. In the meantime I'd be happy to see 60c again, or even 30c would be a solid turnaround from these levels.
