Splitit, because they use existing credit on a credit card, is already regulated and their model will be not be affected by proposed regulations.
If there is any affect, it will be positive as traditional BNPL models come under more pressure.
It seems to me that you still don’t understand the difference but I acknowledge that it was probably ignorance rather than the normal maliciousness of the trolls that have populated this thread over the last years.
