    If Splitit can increase MSV by $2b then they estimate this will bring in an additional $28m for the company.

    If Splitit can increase MSV by $4b then they estimate this will bring in an additional $56m for the company.

    NTM is the difference between what the merchant pays Splitit to use the IaaS and what Splitit pays Goldman Sachs to use the facility.
