Nandan and Brad are polar opposites. Brad was very reserved so we had to try and get info. Nandan is a salesman. His performance metrics are based around selling SPT. We probably need someone selling the SPT dream. But this also means as investors we need to be cautious to take in the facts and not buy into the salesman hype.
The message might sound rosier, but it's the same business. Hopefully he can deliver on some of that hype and we start seeing a stream of new merchants signed up.
