I hold this stock, invested in SPT close enough to an average Australian annual salary, am down ~50%, and (prior to this) have made 1 post on this page of this thread. In comparison, you account for 14 of the 58 posts (almost 25%) on this page of this thread, claims to not hold any shares and also claims to not have a sentiment although the comments are overwhelmingly negative.
Down ramping can be used by people who (A) have may have a negative impression of the company and are not willing to be proven / accept they are wrong, or (B) people who wish to drive the price down so they may pick up shares at a cheaper rate I use to suspect you as in the B category but am now leaning towards the A category
As for basic facts, a 1000 fold financial misrepresentation is not a small error
