where are the consumer facing grapgical user input screens on payment terminals now after 10 years ?

sorry let me rephrase all the hardware was there but partnerships took too long and here we are

as i said SPT was a good idea but took way too long to implement

my vision years ago was

go to eftpos machine ->select credit -> select split payments

ofc all above needed the software and partnerships which... failed to eventuate and hence the SP being as it is
