There is a very wide variety of requirements to list on the NASDAQ - not all need to be met, but some in isolation eg: earnings, market capitalisation, SP. Sezzle converted 38 x 50 cent shares to meet the minimum $4 USD trading for 90 days, despite never having achieved a profit and having negligible asset backing and market capitalisation - it was enough to get it onto the Capital Markets board, whereas you may find that TEAM's $51 billion MC got it across the line
