    Its a scam. If u wanted to take company private do it. Give me my 30c per share and do delisting or what evr..Now sure how come ASX allowing these kind offer to delist the share then the buyer will give u 30c per share in private market.. i dont understands how and when the current shareholders can get their money with this ofter of 30c each
