    Nobody is getting 30 cents a share. The 31 AUD / 20 USD cents is the value of the shares in the new company which will be created, and it is in reference to the $50 USD mil that Motive will invest. They and nobody else will pay 31 cents - the market value today is 5.4 cents, but falling quickly.
