what does it cost a year to stay listed on the asx?

audit and insurance etc - for a company size of SPT probably at least. $1M pa.

delisting alone makes SPT much close to profitable. post the fees to get out that is.

remove the company tax etc, and assume a good quarter as expected and likely (as per calls and last estimates publically available). there is no doubt in my mind SPT would be in profit.

BUT this is the point isn't it, SPT needs to be a very profitable business; the best deal they can get to raise capital to achieve that vision is not enough in AUS. this deal is thinking a few steps ahead.
