They didn't say specifically that it would be September 5th, the way I understood it they want to get the Convertible Note vote out of the way September 5th General Meeting then we will receive a notification advising of the AGM date etc and the Motive vote and that email will include all of the shareholder information details which are not stated. My guess is that a lot of detail is being worked out. I made my point on the phone that they can't deliberately withhold that information until after the convertible note vote and be sneaky. I recommend all shareholders call the phone number on the announcement and give feedback to pass on.
