What I don't understand is that if any entity wanted to take over SPT and not give any to SH will let SPT become insolvent, then pay the lenders this money and own tge Company, I believe they know that there is bigger things happening with SPT but need the time and money to get it over tge line therefore pumping $50 million US which is not loose change and believe that this amount will get them over the line, and I understand the frustration of SH,s that bought over $1 and close to $2 but the ipo started at 50c I believe and the SP rose dramatically to $2 in a short amount of time, speculation for sure but that's the markets and that the asx with snall fee,s and 1 share going through manipulating the SP, I do believe in what they are doing and do feel they will make SPT succeed but I understand SH,s frustration as to what deal they will get and if they can offload when needed, SH,s may get an offer as well and if majority except then it will be ownd by a minority, if I was a big SH then I wouldn't want it be manipulated, traded, whereby the SP becomes unpredictable, big holders tent to be long holders, I will vote Yes and see what happens as it's tge first time I have experience this and would like to know the feel as we go through it.
