the new company SPT cayman doesn't have a share price "technically" it's just what they think it's worth and they willing to pay in deal.

I'm feeling confident we in good hands re the 1:1 comment under merger consideration, and the comment and I quote

"The board unanimously concluded that the proposed transaction represents the best opportunity to create long-term value for Splitits existing shareholders."

this comment just simply isn't true if you participate in an exchange that grossly undervalued the share worth and then transfers onto the new company that has an estimated worth only. i just have no experience with a reverse triangle merger to be sure.. hence still waiting for fine print.
