    Clearly these fellows need to ask an accountant the meaning of NPV and opportunity cost during/after 5 years.

    I suppose there are "shareholders" buy the idea. Writing "IOU" on a piece of paper does not guarantee an "out of prison" card. Besides how are you going to sue them?
