briefly I see your reasoning, but for me a company on 2nd go (in my mind) about to enter 3rd go - motive.. 2nd go success relied on hitting msv bottom line target.. it can't be reasoned away and concretes in my mind, we need motives help (3rd go).
i guess you could estimate end of year run rate; estimate revenue and rationalise same end result..
too me msv run rate is indicator of use though -- no matter how rationalise, use is not picking up enough..
